Q-Form and QuantumHost Internet Services help you Capture Client Information and Sales Leads from the Internet into GoldMine... automatically!

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Enter an e-mail address you use in Goldmine in the "Your E-Mail Address" field.
2. Enter your GoldMine username in the "Your GoldMine UserName" field to receive an arrival notification.
3. You can modify the data in the form, if you wish.
4. Launch GoldMine and retrieve your internet mail.
5. Your new contact will appear automatically, accurately, and without the need to re-key the data.

Additional Notes:
You must be using GoldMine Software to fully experience the capabilities of Q-Form. GoldMine requires an internet standard POP3 mail account. We can provide a POP3 mail account when you sign up for our service.

If you are using Automatic Retrieval to collect your e-Mail, you will need to go to Edit, Preferences, Internet Tab, More Options Button, Advanced Tab and select "Import data on background e-mail retrieval" . Otherwise, you will retrieve a MIME error when retrieving the information from this Demo Form.
